Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you have everything needed ready for the appointment. Please ensure you have AT LEAST 30 minutes of free time. You will also need: - Your medication - A glass of water - One undistracted, other person present with you in the room at ALL times You will be asked to show each one of these on screen to the clinician at the time of the appointment. Failure to provide any of the above upon request will result in termination of the appointment and rescheduling will be necessary. Please be aware this is done for your safety and best interests in mind, your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
