Allergies aren’t limited to one season. While pollen peaks in spring and summer, many people experience symptoms as early as winter and into autumn. Managing them can feel unpredictable — one day feels fine, and the next brings itchy eyes, blocked sinuses, or endless sneezing.

That’s why we’ve built the AllergyRhino pollen map: a free tool to help you take control of your allergies all year round.

Stylized rainbow contour map with "Allergy Rhino" text on a label featuring a rhino logo, set against a green background.

Why a pollen map matters

Pollen levels shift daily, depending on the season, the weather, and even the time of day. Having a clear picture of what’s in the air can make a real difference in your daily choices.

Our map helps you answer questions like:

  • What are pollen levels like around my home today?

  • Should I expect high pollen near my workplace this week?

  • Is it a good day to take the kids to the park, or should we plan something indoors?

  • When’s the best time to mow the lawn, walk the dog, or go for a run?

With our map, you can check live pollen levels for grass, tree, and weed allergens, plus see a five-day forecast so you can prepare in advance.
